Who uses dad jokes to flirt?
Divorcee Bruce Meyer is finally getting back into the dating game and exploring his long-repressed bisexuality. He has his heart set on asking out the cute owner of the coffee shop he frequents, but his flirting skills are pretty rusty. Is it weird he uses terrible dad jokes to flirt? Probably, but he is addicted to his crush’s laugh so every day he has a joke ready for him. Now if he could just muster up the courage to ask him on a date.
Auburn Coffey was confused at first by the odd flirting style of his regular customer, Bruce. Who tells terrible jokes as a means of flirting? Bruce apparently and Auburn finds it endearing. The problem is that Bruce just can’t seem to take that leap to take things beyond flirting. Maybe it’s time Auburn took matters into his own hands?
Dating is rough enough for most people to begin with. It gets more complicated when you add in judgemental parents, grown children, and an ex-wife who has gone off the deep end. Bruce and Auburn are determined to make it work though.
